PandoSeva is a values-rooted leadership enterprise. We specialize in professional and personal consulting, coaching, cultural counseling, and conflict resolution training. With a thoughtful approach to development, continuous improvement and responsive learning, we design human-centering services, instructional products, and educational programming for executive and everyday leaders who desire results.
What is Pando?
The word “pando”, is Latin for “I spread”, to spread out, unfold, extend. Located in the Fishlake National Forest in south central Utah, the Pando is the world’s largest tree of any kind. It is a single tree connected by a massive root system. By the intersecting elements of weight, species and land mass, the Pando is unique and represents the power of connection to one root source.
What is Seva?
In Sanskrit, sevā means to serve and be of ‘service’. Seva represents the embodiment of actions related to being of service, assistance, and devotion. It is known and used throughout spiritual communities and social contexts to elevate the essential practice of selfless service to others.
When combined, we see PandoSeva Principled Leadership Strategy as a collaborative network, of and for leaders who are invested in the art, science and praxis of leading from values and a commitment to be of service to others.
